Predictable sequence of sounds
You walk toward the door and open it
You enter and walk some more
You knock twice or thrice on the door inside that room
No one is there
You enter it, close the door, and lock it
...
You are lucky the stall has nice disposable and flushable seat covers
You pull one up and down like you read on the gentle instruction sentence on the paper container
You are the first customer of the day as you go to work earlier than others
It is clean
...
The seat is ready
You unbundled, unzip, and sit down
And a sigh of deep, innermost relief in your exhaling breath
When the other kind of gaseous content exits your body from the other side
After that, you take care of the rest of the business
...
You flush, as a courtesy so that the toxic fume of yours does not bother the next customer too too much
And then you roll out the freshly recycled paper on your hand and then clean off your own body's products that others characterize as filth
You are done and you flush again and you get up, zip up, and buckle up too
You unlock and open the stall door
Walk to the lavatory
Wash your hands and dry them
You walk out the door and push the elevator button
...
You walk to your office and sit down before your computer in your cubicle
As if
Nothing ever happened in the past 15 minutes
You pretend that you are not an animal
You portray to other humans that you are more than an animal with needs of biology and physiology
You are like other humans
And that is not a bad thing
