AK Law on Campaign Donation

Thank you for your kind and generous support for Huhnkie Lee. Alaska law requires that donor: (1) disclose name, address, amount, and date of donation. AS15.13.040(a)(1)(C) (2) donate to a candidate, per year, at most: $500 as an individual; $1,000 as a group; $15,000 as a political party. AS 15.13.070(b) - (d) (3) disclose occupation and employer if donates more than $50 per year. AS15.13.040(a)(1)(D) 8/18/2020, Tues, is when the Alaska State Primary Election is held. Only registered Republicans, nonpartisan voters, or undeclared voters can vote for a republican candidate like me.
